The client agrees not to do or cause to be done anything which is likely to interfere with or hinder any SEO programme implemented by our company with the agreement of the client.
Any such action on the client’s (or the client’s agent’s) part will immediately render any and all agreed warranties void without further notice. - Quality of Content & Client Site(s)
Our methods are designed to improve the overall quality of our client’s web site(s).
Consequently, any recommendations made by SEO Technology are ultimately in the interest of our client and designed to improve the performance of the client’s web site(s).
SEO Technology will accept no liability for any consequences, should our specific recommendations not be followed or only partially implemented. - Prerequisites of Service
Client web site(s) must be hosted on a reliable web-server with sufficient uptime guarantees to ensure consistent site availability.
Should SEO Technology propose a change of server to host the client web site(s), this is done to ensure the continued search engine ranking performance of the said web site(s).
Should the client fail to heed SEO Technology’s recommendations in this matter, we can take no responsibility for continued lack of performance on the part of the web site(s) or a consequent deterioration of rankings.
Furthermore, the implementation of an SEO regime requires File Transfer Protocol (FTP) access to the client’s web site(s).
Alternatively, SEO Technology need to be provided with the contact details of the client’s technical agent who is able to upload the changes according to our instructions.
(If a technical agent acts as an intermediary on behalf of the client, our instructions and recommendations must be followed in detail.) - Third Party Liability
Under no circumstances can we accept any liability for unforeseen problems or additional expenses arising from third party errors or failure to maintain sufficient backups of up to date site(s).
Please note that we can create and store backups at the client’s request. - Payment Terms
Our Company operates a stage payment system, whereby, following an initial deposit, the balance is paid at agreed stages during the completion of our campaign with a final payment becoming payable after completion of our contract and within 14 days of the final invoice.
